This product is composed of dehydrating agent, anti-rust additive and medium and light oil. It can remove water from the surface of the workpiece at room temperature and has the dual performance of dehydration and anti-rust. Anti-rust oil can firmly adsorb on the metal surface to form a protective film to prevent the erosion of metal by air and water or other corrosive media. The particles of the material are fine, greatly reducing the gap between particles and effectively preventing the occurrence and development of corrosion, the rust prevention period between processes is more than six months. It is suitable for rust prevention that needs to remove moisture between electroplating, surface treatment, chemical rust removal, water agent cleaning and other processes of steel parts, simplifies the rust prevention process and improves the quality of rust prevention. Main features

Instructions for use
1, metal products in the water cleaning solution clean, rinse by tap water, and then immersed in dehydrated oil 1~5 min, and from time to time vibration parts, for pores, blind hole cavity and other parts, but also pay attention to flip, jitter, in order to make the dehydration thoroughly.
2. The bottom of the oil tank should be designed as a cone and equipped with a drainage valve to regularly remove water and pollutants deposited at the bottom. At a distance of not less than 200mm from the bottom of the oil tank, there should be a movable mesh or porous partition to prevent the bottom of the workpiece from affecting the dehydration effect.
3. This product can be used for sealing and preventing rust. It can be sprayed, coated and soaked directly with this product.
Precautions
1, general use at room temperature, avoid open fire, to prevent fire.
2. The oil tank should be covered when not in use to avoid oil pollution and volatilization.
3. The metal parts to be dehydrated must be cleaned and then transferred to this product.
4. Heating up the use of this product can shorten the drying time of the workpiece surface, and pay attention to the fire prevention method when heating up.
5, should always pay attention to eliminate the replacement of water, when found that the oil has been seriously emulsified or dehydration capacity decreased significantly, can replace the new oil.
