2. product features:
1. This product can simultaneously remove oil, rust and oxide skin on the surface of steel, and can produce a layer of phosphating and passivation film with strong corrosion resistance. Its phosphating crystallization is dense and firm, and it has strong adhesion to the surface coating layer of steel products.
The workpiece treated by this product, under the condition of not splashing water, its corrosion resistance, rust-proof period of up to 30 days to 60 days, to meet the needs of the coating production cycle.

3. method of use:
This product can be soaked, ultrasonic and manual scrubbing.
When the surface of the workpiece sticky oil, dirt and light rust, can be at room temperature (25~35 ℃) under the treatment of 8~10min, such as the surface sticky light oil and iron oxide, can be at 40~50 ℃ temperature treatment 15~20min, to be self-drying or blow-dry after coating.
