Details Introduction
Product Introduction
• This product is specifically formulated for cleaning heavy, greasy oil stains from stainless steel surfaces. It is an environmentally friendly, phosphate- and nitrogen-free aqueous cleaner composed of specialized surfactants, organic dispersing and chelating agents, organic alkaline components, high-quality performance-enhancing cleaning additives, and deionized water.
Product Usage Application
• Used for cleaning ferrous metal parts in the machining and mechanical manufacturing industries, including cutting fluid contaminants from automotive and transportation machinery components, oil stains on reconditioned bearings in the railway sector, heavy oil contamination on mechanical parts, oil removal from stainless steel stamped and drawn components, as well as the removal and cleaning of oil-based grime, graphite cast iron sludge, and other contaminants such as hand sweat, inorganic salts, and dust.

Product Performance
• Alkaline, low-foaming, and highly effective at degreasing.
• Solves challenging cleaning problems associated with heavy oil and grease contamination, oil sludge, and the removal of graphite flaking from ductile iron surfaces on black-metal components used in precision machining and maintenance applications.
• It is an ideal cleaning agent for the “clean first, then rust-proof” cleaning process used for steel parts.
• Does not cause corrosion to the workpieces being cleaned and is suitable for cleaning ferrous metals such as carbon steel, cast iron, and stainless steel.
• The product is non-combustible, odorless, and free of phosphorus, nitrogen, heavy metals, and other harmful substances, making it environmentally friendly and safe to use.
Instructions
The specific methods of use, concentration, and contact time for this product should be determined based on the workpiece cleaning requirements and cleaning conditions; generally, the following recommendations may be followed:
• Methods of use: Cleaning can be performed using ultrasonic cleaning, thermal soaking (with additional bubbling, rolling, or shaking), manual scrubbing, or other methods.
• Application concentration: Use a 5–10% aqueous solution of the cleaning agent.
• Operating temperature: Cleaning is most effective at temperatures between 50°C and 70°C.
• Duration: 5–10 minutes.
• Precautions for use: After cleaning, rinse as needed with water or an aqueous solution of water-based rust inhibitor, then blow dry or oven-dry, and store in appropriate packaging.
Safety and Disposal
• Safety Precautions for Personal Protective Equipment: Operators are advised to wear appropriate work attire, acid- and alkali-resistant rubber gloves, and other PPE to prevent prolonged contact between the cleaning solution and the skin, thereby avoiding skin defatting that can lead to dryness and roughness. In addition, take precautions against accidental ingestion and splashing into the eyes.
• Precautions for tank solution maintenance: During cleaning, workpieces should be properly and reasonably arranged to avoid overlapping; the undiluted cleaning agent should be added regularly in appropriate amounts based on the cleaning performance. If, after such supplementation, the cleaning performance still fails to meet the required standards, the solution should be replaced with fresh solution.
• Wastewater disposal: Wastewater must not be discharged directly; it shall be treated in accordance with the facility’s own wastewater treatment capabilities to meet regulatory standards before being released into the municipal sewage network, or entrusted to a qualified environmental protection agency for centralized disposal.
Storage and Transportation
• Packaging: 25 kg/drum; 200 kg/drum; 1,000 kg/ton drum
• Storage: Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place; shelf life: 2 years.
• Transportation: Handle with care—light loading and unloading—to prevent damage to packaging and containers; during transport, protect from direct sunlight, rain, and high temperatures.
