1. Features and scope of application:
KRB-2A, 2B is a two-component, suitable for a variety of metals and a variety of oil cleaning alkaline chemical cleaning agent. The KRB-2A is a white powder and the KRB-2B is a colorless liquid. Its two-component use, low working temperature, long service life, degreasing ability, suitable for room temperature immersion automatic production line and immersion production line degreasing.

3. Equipment: All equipment used for KRB-2A and 2B can be made of low carbon steel.
4. Preparation: Operate according to the following procedures
1) Measure the working volume of the tank and inject about 3/4 clean water.
2) Add KRB-2A powder at a ratio of 5%, I .e. 50kg/1000kg.
3) Stir well until the powder is fully dissolved.
4) Add the KRB-2B agent at a ratio of 5%, I .e. 50kg/1000kg.
5) Prepare to the operating level with clean water and stir for 5 minutes.
6. Operation
The workpiece is immersed in the solution for a time sufficient to completely clean the workpiece, usually between 5 and 15 minutes. After the workpiece is degreased, rinse with water 1-2 times. Conditional can be heated to 50-60 ℃, the cleaning effect will be better. Flushing water shall flow continuously to eliminate residual contamination. During soaking cleaning, grease and scum accumulated on the surface of the cleaning solution shall be removed every day. At regular intervals, the tank should be cleaned.
7. Testing and Control
Take 10ml of lotion, add 2-4 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, and titrate with 0.1N H2SO4 test solution until the color of the sample changes from red to colorless as the end point. Note the number of volumes consumed. The above prepared solution (50kg/1000kg) needs to consume 35ml of 0.1N H2SO4 test solution, I .e. the alkalinity of the degreasing solution is 35 points. Add 2kg KRB-2A powder per 1000kg solution, which can increase the alkalinity by 1 point.
8. Safety measures:
KRB-2A and 2B are alkaline and cannot be taken internally. In case of contact with skin and clothing, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If contact with eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water and timely treatment. Clean up the spills in time.
