　　Method of use

☆ When using this product, you should read the product instructions in detail and use it under the guidance of professionals. The cleaning method can be heat soaking, ultrasonic cleaning, manual wiping, etc.

☆ When using, according to the severity of the oil pollution to the deployment of the concentration of the cleaning solution, the stock solution is generally diluted 20 times, with a concentration of 5% of the cleaning solution to use. Manual wipe cleaning agent concentration can be relatively high.

Can be used at room temperature, but in the 50~60 ℃ temperature cleaning, the effect is better.

☆ When using the heat soaking method, heat the prepared cleaning solution with a concentration of 5% ~ 10% to 55~60 ℃, clean for 5~15 minutes (shake the workpiece properly during cleaning, the cleaning effect is better), rinse with pure water/tap water and dry again.

The use of ultrasonic cleaning, can get better cleaning effect. Warming the cleaning solution to 50~60 ℃, cleaning for 2~5 minutes, rinsing with purified water/tap water and drying.

☆ When the oil stain is particularly heavy or high melting point lipids are encountered, part of the sludge should be shoveled off manually or mechanically, and then the cleaning agent should be used to prepare a cleaning solution with a concentration of 5% ~ 10%, heated to 50~60 ℃ and combined with ultrasonic cleaning.

　Precautions

☆ Adjust the concentration of the cleaning solution according to the degree of oil pollution, and thoroughly rinse the workpiece after cleaning.

☆ remove the oil slick on the surface of the tank in time to avoid secondary pollution.

☆ Cleaning workpieces shall not overlap with each other, and 1% ~ 3% cleaning agent shall be added regularly every day. If the cleaning ability cannot reach the original level after being supplemented, it can be discarded and replaced with new liquid. Replace the cleaning fluid at least once a week.

Do not make this product contact with the eyes, if accidentally splashed into the eyes, can lift the eyelid, with flowing water or saline rinse; do not swallow this product, if accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting, keep the rest state, timely medical care.

To prevent excessive skin degreasing, please wear chemical resistant gloves during operation.

☆ After cleaning, the workpiece should be fully dry, the operator should wear clean gloves to contact the workpiece, and put the workpiece in a dry, clean packaging box.
