Scope of application: widely used in steel structures, steel pipes, containers and other long-term rust prevention.
Method of use:
◇ First, clean the metal workpiece to be treated, remove the surface oil and hand sweat, and dry it thoroughly. The workpiece coated with anti-rust oil is not allowed to have hand sweat or corrosive medium residue on the metal surface.
◇ Use at room temperature, according to process requirements, dip coating, brush coating and other oiling methods can be used.
After oiling, the solvent volatilizes and dries out, and a uniform and transparent antirust oil film can be formed on the surface of the workpiece.
◇ After the film is completely dried, polyethylene film can be used for packaging. When packaging and storage, should try to avoid the collision between the workpiece, so as not to damage the integrity of the oil film.
When the parts are unsealed, they should be soaked and cleaned with gasoline and other solvents.
The Engineer recommends:
◇ This product should not be used on mechanically active parts and metal overlapping surfaces. Parts with blind holes and small holes must be coated with oil film on the inner surface of the holes.
◇ Prevent mixing with water during use, and cover the barrel cover immediately after use to prevent solvent volatilization.
◇ Pay attention to ventilation in the working environment, and open fire is strictly prohibited.
It is prohibited to mix with other brands of anti-rust oil.
Storage, transportation and packaging:
◇ This product should be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, away from open flame and heat source. Avoid sun and rain during storage and transportation, and the recommended storage temperature is 5~35 ℃.
Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 2 years.
