1. Introduction

KRB-106 copper (alloy) cleaning agent is mainly composed of high-quality surfactants, penetrants, corrosion inhibitors, special effects cleaning additives, deionized water and other formulations, cleaning and decontamination function, long service life. It does not contain heavy metals, nitrite and other ingredients that pollute the environment. It can effectively protect the surface of the cleaned material from erosion while cleaning, and can be completely biodegradable.

2. Purpose

Suitable for removing brass, copper, bronze and other copper and its alloy surface of animal and vegetable oil, mineral oil, dust, hand sweat, organic matter and other dirt.

5. Methods of use

☆ When using this product, you should read the product instructions in detail and use it under the guidance of professionals. The cleaning method can be soaking, ultrasonic cleaning, etc. Can be cleaned at room temperature to 50 ℃.

☆ When using, according to the severity of the oil pollution to the deployment of the concentration of the cleaning solution, the stock solution is generally diluted 20 times, with a concentration of 5% of the cleaning solution to use. Manual wipe cleaning agent concentration is relatively high.

☆ Treatment process: copper workpiece → degreasing and cleaning → rinsing 2-3 times → drying → inspection → finished product.

　6. Precautions

☆ Adjust the concentration of the cleaning solution according to the degree of oil pollution, and thoroughly rinse the workpiece after cleaning.

☆ remove the oil slick on the surface of the tank in time to avoid secondary pollution.

☆ Cleaning workpieces shall not overlap with each other. Cleaning agent working solution shall be added regularly every day (the ratio concentration is generally recommended to be 5%, which can be appropriately adjusted according to the oil pollution condition). If the cleaning capacity cannot reach the original level after supplementation, it can be discarded and replaced with new solution.

Do not make this product contact with the eyes, if accidentally splashed into the eyes, can lift the eyelid, rinse with flowing water or saline; do not swallow this product, if accidentally swallowed, immediately induce vomiting, keep the rest state, timely medical care.

To prevent excessive skin degreasing, please wear chemical resistant gloves during operation.

　7. Waste water treatment

☆ The waste liquid shall be treated as necessary and discharged after reaching the standard or after neutralization, it shall be incorporated into the urban and regional chemical sewage systems for centralized treatment and then discharged to the standard.

The waste liquid can not be discharged into the natural water system and sewer. Refer to relevant national and local regulations before disposal.

8. Packaging and storage
