　5. Methods of use

☆ When using this product, you should read the product instructions in detail and use it under the guidance of professionals. The cleaning method can be spray, heat immersion, ultrasonic cleaning, manual wiping, etc.

☆ When in use, the concentration of the cleaning solution should be adjusted according to the severity of the oil stain. In order to obtain the best cleaning effect, the stock solution and water are generally prepared into a cleaning solution with a concentration of 2.5~8.5, heated to 45~85 ℃, spray cleaning or ultrasonic cleaning for 2~6 minutes, and then rinsed with clear water and dried or directly dried according to the cleaning requirements of the workpiece. The cleaning capacity can be improved by increasing the concentration of the cleaning solution. Manual wipe cleaning agent concentration is relatively high.

☆ When the oil stain is particularly heavy or high melting point fats are encountered, part of the sludge should be shoveled off manually or mechanically before cleaning.

　6. Precautions

☆ Adjust the concentration of the cleaning solution according to the degree of oil pollution, and determine the following workpiece treatment process according to the requirements of the surface cleanliness of the cleaned workpiece.

☆ remove the oil slick on the surface of the tank in time to avoid secondary pollution.

☆ 1% ~ 3% of cleaning agent should be added regularly every day. If the cleaning ability cannot reach the original level after supplement, it can be discarded and replaced with new liquid.

Do not make this product contact with the eyes, if accidentally splashed into the eyes, can lift the eyelid, with flowing water or saline rinse; do not swallow this product, if accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting, keep the rest state, timely medical care.

To prevent excessive skin degreasing, please wear chemical resistant gloves during operation.

　　7. Waste water treatment

☆ The waste liquid shall be treated as necessary and discharged after reaching the standard or after neutralization, it shall be incorporated into the urban and regional chemical sewage systems for centralized treatment and then discharged to the standard.

The waste liquid can not be discharged into the natural water system and sewer. Refer to relevant national and local regulations before disposal.
