KRB-14A is a solvent-based metal surface deplasticizing paint remover used under normal temperature conditions, which is suitable for stripping of various metal surfaces such as painting, plastic spraying, electrophoresis and other coatings and metal substrates.
Use
Mainly used for all kinds of paint, plastic powder paint, electrophoretic paint and other removal. Widely used in train axles, automobiles, motorcycles, machinery, instruments, toys and other parts that need to be stripped, as well as the stripping of hanging fixtures.

Method of use
☆ When using this product, you should read the product instructions in detail and use it under the guidance of professionals.
☆ Operation: The stock solution of this product is used, and the preparation amount is KRB-14A to cover the treated workpiece with solvent-based deplasticizing and paint remover treatment solution. Because this product has high density and self-volatilization properties, clean water with a thickness of 5-20mm can be added to cover the treatment solution after the treatment bath solution is prepared to reduce its self-consumption. The treatment time is generally 3~10 minutes or until the paint is removed and plastic. Contact between bath liquid and alkaline substance shall be avoided when handling the workpiece. After handling the workpiece, the residual coating in the bath liquid shall be salvaged in time to keep the bath liquid clean.
Precautions
☆ Before the workpiece is stripped and painted, the grease, impurities and dirt attached to the workpiece to be processed must be fully removed, so as not to affect the processing speed and effect. The workpiece after paint removal should be thoroughly rinsed. This product can be recycled until the stripping function is lost.
☆ This product is non-combustible, non-explosive but volatile, and the working environment should be ventilated.
☆ It is strictly prohibited to operate with bare hands. This agent is corrosive. Thick acid-resistant gloves should be worn for operation and labor protection should be paid attention.
☆ In the cleaning process, avoid the drug sticking to the skin, mouth and eyes, otherwise rinse with plenty of water and soak in soda water for 3-5 minutes. If you feel unwell, you should seek medical treatment in time.
Waste water treatment
☆ The wastewater can be discharged after neutralization with flake caustic soda or sodium carbonate aqueous solution or treated according to the wastewater treatment requirements of the local environmental protection department.
