KRB-L109B is used for black and non-ferrous metal nano ceramic conversion coating products, used to replace the traditional phosphating solution. The KRB-L109B reacts on the clean metal surface to form a nano-ceramic conversion coating to improve the adhesion quality of the coating. The bath is stable, easy to operate, and free from water washing.

KRB-L109B are usually used as follows:
Degreasing-water washing-degreasing-water washing-KRB-L109B-drying-coating inspection
Some workpieces may require a water or deionized water rinse before drying. The peak temperature for metal drying shall not exceed 100°C.
Trough construction and maintenance
When changing the tank, thoroughly clean the liquid tank, washing tank, water pump, pipe, nozzle, etc.
Add water to the tank (recommend deionized water) to 2/3 of the height of the tank
· Add the required amount of KRB-L109B, typically 4%
Open the pump to circulate the tank liquid for 5 minutes to mix the liquid.
· Simultaneously add water to the desired height during stirring
Continue to start the pump to mix the tank for 5 minutes
· Determine the pH value of the bath solution, which should be kept within the range of 7.5-8.5
The tank can be used after construction.
Maintenance
The pH of the bath should be measured at least once a day, and the smaller bath should be measured every 4 hours.
Add stock solution timely and keep the pH value of the bath solution within the recommend range of 7.5-8.5.
Coating quality
The coating is nearly colorless, and the coating weight cannot be determined by weighing, but can be determined by X-ray fluorescence.
