KRB-L107 is a hard water resistant nano phosphorus-free ceramic agent. It is environmentally friendly and does not contain phosphorus and heavy metals. It meets the EU RoHS environmental protection requirements. It is used for surface film forming treatment of steel, aluminum, electrolytic plate, galvanized plate, aluminum alloy and other materials. It can enhance the bonding force and corrosion resistance of coating. It has no volatilization or precipitation. It is suitable for spraying or dipping treatment at room temperature. The treated workpiece can form a highly stable film layer, improve the corrosion resistance of the workpiece surface after coating.

Instructions for use:
1. Opening concentration (according to the conductivity of slotted tap water):
Conductivity less than 100 µs/cm, about 2.0-2.5% of the keyway;
Conductivity 200~400 µs/cm, about 3.0-4.0% keyway;
Conductivity 400~600 µs/cm, about 4.0-5.0% keyway;
2. Processing time: soak for 3-5 minutes, spray for 1-2 minutes;
3. Concentration of bath solution: 5-15pt (zirconium value)
4. pH value (precision test paper test):4.2-5.5(* * * * * * *:4.6)
5. After aging, the pottery bath liquid is clear and light yellow, which does not affect any performance. Under ideal circumstances, there is no need to change the bath without liquid.
6. The waste liquid needs to be neutralized and then discharged after reaching the discharge standard.
Packaging and storage 25KG/barrel 200KG/barrel is usually stored at room temperature.
